We have enjoyed the Kimchi House in Jasper so very much the few times that we have been there, we rated it highly in our previous posts. And then last time we where there I scribbled “jasonandkara.com” on the Visa slip. I didn’t think it would get any attention.
Let me tell you, it got some attention! Tonight when we got there we were warmly greeted by Monica, “Hello Jason” “Hello Kara” with a customary bow.
We ordered a couple of Bul Gal Bi and a hot pot soup, but she brought us so much more then that. She specially made us some other dishes to try, a sweet and spicy chicken and a Seafood and vegetable dish. Both were excellent.
To top it off she brought out some fantastic Green Tea Ice Cream, I think they make it themselves.
We exchanged email addresses and signed her guestbook and we slowly made our way to the camp site (it’s slow walking when your that full). Here we visited with Frank and Isabelle about the great time and now they want to go tomorrow.
